Mr. Wahidul Haque Siddiqui an eminent and visionary entrepreneur of this country. A native of Chittagong and raised in Dhaka, he completed his education from Adamjee Cantonment College and later on pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Dhaka.
Wahidul Haque Siddiqui commenced his entrepreneurial career 1990 with buying house ‘Norban Fashion Ltd’. In a few years time he garnered ample of expertise and knowledge about the Ready Made Garments (RMG) sector and established two factories ‘Hornbill Apparels Ltd.’ and ‘Norban Comtex Ltd’. Mr. Siddiqui’s bold and strategic leadership made Norban, one of the leading RMG factories in Bangladesh. His knowledge on all the aspects of RMG is unparalleled.
Wahidul Haque Siddiqui being a visionary witnessed the emergence of ICT globally. He anticipated this change Bangladesh in late 1990s. Hence took the initiative of establishing one of the first ISP of this country BDCOM Online Ltd. in 1997. Under Mr. Siddiqui’s well steered direction BDCOM has won several accolades including the prestigious National award. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the board at BDCOM Online Ltd.
Mr. Siddiqui a serial entrepreneur has a strong presence in number of industries. He occupies position in the board of Norban Group, Daulatennesa Equities Ltd., Asia Pacific General Insurance Company Ltd., and several others. His resourceful mindset and goodwill are appreciated at home and abroad. He is actively associated with several charity organizations.

Mrs. Qurrattul Ann Siddiqui is one of the founding directors of BDCOM Online Ltd. She has been actively associated with several business organizations. Mrs. Siddiqui born and raised in Dhaka completed her graduation from University of Dhaka.
Mrs. Siddiqui holds a management position in Norban Group, a leading RMG conglomerate in the country. She has been involved in the creating new strategies and devises new business ideas. Her diversified knowledge and insight has helped BDCOM to flourish in the IT sector. As a mindful well-wisher and director, the company’s grave success has been the top of her priorities.
She has an active presence in several social and charity organizations across the country. She runs a charitable school for underprivileged children in the capital. Her charitable appreciation is only one of her many insightful traits.

Mr. Das Deba Prashad has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of BDCOM Online Ltd. on December 17, 2024, and is also the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and the Audit Committee. It is noteworthy that Mr. Prashad served as an Independent Director for the Fiscal Years 2013-14 to 2015-16 (First Tenure) and again for the Fiscal Years 2016-17 to 2018-19 (Second Tenure). Mr. Prashad offers over 44 years of extensive experience and expertise in leadership, strategic management, administration, and information technology. His background, both during his tenure and post-retirement, equips him to contribute significantly to the Board of Directors of BDCOM Online Ltd. His re-appointment is a bolstering of corporate governance and will assist in navigating the phase of growth for BDCOM. Mr. Prashad is the former Managing Director of Delta Life Insurance Company Limited from 2000 to 2012. He has obtained his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dhaka and is well-known and experienced in the insurance sector. He has vast knowledge in banking and the capital market. He has participated in many local and international industrial events, training sessions, seminars, and workshops. Moreover, currently, he is acting as an Independent Director at The ACME Laboratories Ltd. and is also the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and the Audit Committee.

Air Vice Marshal Md. Zahidur Rahman, BBP, BSP, GUP, nswc, psc (Retired), has been appointed as an Independent Director of BDCOM Online Ltd. Mr. Zahidur Rahman offers over 35 years of extensive experience and expertise in leadership, strategic management, administration, and information technology. His extensive background, both during his tenure with the Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) and in post-retirement ventures, uniquely positions him to contribute significantly to the Board of Directors of BDCOM Online Ltd. and will further strengthen the company’s business and corporate governance, and prepare it for the next growth stage. Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Nazrul Islam is a Fighter Pilot by profession and the former Vice Chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University and Commander of two Air Force Operational Bases. He was also Commandant of Bangladesh Air Force Academy, Commander of BAF Peacekeeping Aviation Contingent in DR Congo and Instructor in NDC and Staff College - two most prestigious institutions of Bangladesh Armed Forces. He also served as Director General at the Prime Minister’s Office (Armed Forces Division), where he was heavily engaged in coordinating diverse defense related issues with allied countries. He is a graduate of Pilot Instructor’s School of the United States Air Force and Air Force Command College, China. The Air Officer has solid academic credentials which include four master degrees with first-class marks from home and abroad including Pakistan and India. He has also attended number of aviation related courses from home and abroad. He has a unique blend of professional, administrative and academic credentials, fitting to serve in highly demanding leadership positions. His skills, competency and scholastic acumen relates to the fields of human resource management, organizational executive guidance, project set up, regulatory regimes of Higher Educational Institutes, aviation and aerospace operation and management, national security and military strategy and United Nations peacekeeping operations.
Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Nazrul Islam has Chaired several seminars including the closing session of “IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter Summer Symposium 2022” held at the BSMRAAU Dhaka Campus in June 2022 and national seminar on “Industry-University Collaboration for Sustainable Development of the Aviation Sector in Bangladesh: Challenges and Way Forward” held in December 2021. He was also a speaker and lead the team in a seminar on “Info Revolution: Opportunities and Challenges Faced by Developing Countries” held at National Defense University, Islamabad, Pakistan in 2012.
As the Director of Plans of Air Headquarters, he was directly engaged in procurement of military hardware (aircraft, radars, missiles etc), systems and services for Bangladesh Air Force while negotiating with the different agencies including the United Nations and defense equipment suppliers around the world. He also attended numbers of Annual Planning Commission Meeting at national level, which deals with all the procurement for organizational establishment. During his tenure as the VC of BSMRAAU, he has visited Airbus industries in France to evaluate possibilities of procurement of aircraft and satellite for Bangladesh in pursuance to the development of the nation’s aviation and aerospace industry.
He had been in the forefront during COVID 19 Crisis as the Base Commander of BAF Base Bashar. Air Vice Marshal Nazrul portrayed his disaster management skills by taking initiative and converting BAF Shaheen College into an isolation and medical treatment center which was utilized in managing crisis in national and institutional level by treating civilians and military soldiers simultaneously.
His military service spanning nearly Four decades, his stints as the VC, BSMRAAU, Air Officer Commanding of two operational Air Force bases and Commander of BAF Peacekeeping Contingent in DR Congo reflects the breadth of his leadership experience. – in particular, his ability to engage and lead teams comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds. His staff assignments at the Prime Minister’s Office (Armed Forces Division), Air Headquarters and in UN peacekeeping missions has endowed him with unique knowledge and experience about the systems and procedures, which can be relatable and useful for any organization.

Mr. Faker Ahmed FCA is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BDCOM Online Ltd. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant. He is also a graduate in Business Management from Dhaka College under National University. He has qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2009 under The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He has a wide range of around 15 years of experience in several industries including Readymade Garments (RMG), Textiles, Insurance, Power, Transportation and Construction in different capacities. Prior to joining in BDCOM Online Ltd. he was the General Manager- Finance & Accounts in Toma Group (Construction, Power, Transportation), Financial Controller in Urmi Group (RMG, Textile & Fishing), Acting General Manager- Finance & Accounts in Hamim Group (RMG, Media & Transport), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Asia Insurance Limited and Deputy Controller of Finance & Accounts in Medler Group (RMG & Power) since October, 2006.He is involved with many assignments assigned by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh in different Committees and Sub-Committees.

Mr. Gazi Zehadul Kabir, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) & Head of System Integration department of BDCOM, joined the company in 2005. He had completed his B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Soil Sc. from Dhaka University but he has more than 19 years of experience in the ICT Industry. He is also affiliated with CISCO Valley as part time Instructor. He attended various training & workshops like Multicast Routing and Applications Workshop, BGP routing and BGP Multi-homing Workshop, NSP/ISP Security Workshop.
Mr. Anowar Hasan Sabir

Mr. Anowar Hasan Sabir, is supervising the IPTSP and Software department from 2010 to till date. After completion of B.Ss. and M.Ss. in Public Administration from Dhaka University, he completed Post Graduate Diploma on Information Technology from IIT, Dhaka University and MICT from Islamic University in Kushtia as well. He has 14 years of experience in ICT sector. His primary role is to analyze the organization's needs, use and replenishment of technology within strategic and policy guidelines. Before this, he oversaw the company's diversified portfolio as head of Business development. With an impressive career spanning over 21 years, including 15 years of impactful tenure at BDCOM, he has played a contributory role in enriching & diversifying the business portfolio. Mr. Bipul joined the company in 2009, before joining BDCOM, he worked as a senior business management position in many reputed organizations in ICT sector. He completed his BCom (hons) and also achieved Executive MBA, Major in Marketing. His extensive training in Sales skill development, Planning, Market intelligence, Organizational behavior, Team building, brand management and leadership, including programs at instills confidence in his ability to lead and innovate.
